How to Know if Your Jeans Fit You

Here is a great video that will help explain how to know if your jeans are a good fit for you body. Fit is very important and you must make sure that the jeans are the right size and right cut for your body type to be able to rock them with full confidence.

  1. I can't help but feel like the best pair of jeans I have ever owned go against everything put forth in this video. This is all useful information don't get me wrong - but style has no say when the knees are worn in just right, and the one belt loop on your right hip is barely hanging on making the belt make the fit a little more secure just in that area alone. Beauty.

  2. I think I agree with Walter on this one. Jeans take time to wear in and have them fit just right. For me, I prefer pre-worn jeans, i.e. second hand because they have the worn in feel right away. That's what I like.

  3. I work in a restuarant and I (much to my dismay) have to wear jeans. Not only is it the most uncomfortable thing to wear while sweating away in a hot kitchen, but it looks horrible when the girls are reaching down to grab something and their love handles come popping out of the back. Not attractive! I can understand the restaurant wanting to create a casual, laid-back environment, but pretty girls become less pretty when their wobbly bits become exposed!

  4. Yes, I agree with Nicola. It looks horrible! I rarely wear jeans. I prefer to wear dresses, particularly in the summer. My friend Mal, you do have a great sense of fashion. By the way, I never had the chance to tell you that, but you were wearing a very beautiful dress this morning.

  5. Sorry, I could live in jeans. They come in different weights for the summer season. They last for ever and are easy to care for. They have not gone out of style since the 1950's.
I hate shopping, sorry. It is too hard finding things to fit this weird body. When I find good fitting jeans, I buy a pair in every colour they have that I can afford. When all else fails, I head to the Levi's store where I now the exact cut that will my body.
